How do I organise my wedding/event flowers?
Firstly we like to get an idea of the kind of wedding you are planning: the general style of your wedding, preferred colours, favourite flowers, and also the types of arrangements you would like. We find it useful to ask for some keywords: natural, rustic, formal, traditional, vintage etc. Many clients provide a few pictures to help describe the look & feel they are looking for, or to show specific designs that they would like to use. From there we provide a draft quote, which is then used as a basis for refining your requirements in line with any budgetary realities. There are always multiple ways of achieving your dreamed-of “look and feel” on any budget.

Do we need to meet with the florist beforehand?
We like to meet with you and we often find that a great deal can be covered in a quick half-hour consultation (provided free and without obligation).  However time and distance mean that not every prospective client can manage a sit-down meeting, so we are also able to work via phone & email to work through the details.
What should I expect to pay for wedding flowers?
This can vary greatly, however a simple bridal bouquet might be $90, simple buttonholes are $13, and floral crowns start from $35.
Will my flowers be wonderfully fresh?
Yes, yes, yes! We are a small studio florist working specifically on events and pre-ordered flowers. This means that we purchase all flowers specifically for your order direct from the farm gate/wholesaler.
Do you offer wedding flower “packages” to simplify the process?
Yes. We have a Wedding Essentials Package which includes one bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, and 4 buttonhole arrangements for $550. Many clients start with the Essentials Package then add on other items as required.
Do you deliver?
We do deliver for a reasonable fee, or you can collect from our studio if you prefer.
How far in advance do I need to book my wedding flowers?
An early booking is best, and when we receive your $200 deposit our services are secured for your wedding day. On the other hand, if we are not fully booked on a particular day, wedding/event flowers can be organised at very short notice.
